REGISTRATION 

Visitors:  Visitors seeking the services of Coaches do not require an account, since you browse the directory of coaches and select the one you like best. 

Coaches:  Use the following steps to register & setup a profile:

1.  Click on the Register link on the homepage and complete all required fields

2.  Login to your account to update your coach profile:  contact information, fees you charge, and select coaching categories

3.  Upload a digital picture of yourself to be displayed in your profile (pic may need resizing).

HOW DOES A COACH GET PAID? 

Before a coach receives payment for providing coaching sessions, we confirm with the customer the sessions have been completed, and then we submit payment to the coach electronically through PayPal.  Coaches are paid no more than 48 hours after the sessions have been completed, unless the coach has arranged to receive payment from us in the form of a check.

RETURN POLICY

Customers will be refunded or be given a credit if a coach does not provide coaching services to the customer.   

 
BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR COACHES 

Coaches can have a background completed ensuring they have no serious misdameanor convictions, no felony convictions, and currently are not on any Sexual Offender Lists within the United States.  This service is optional, but may be required by a prospective customer before they are willing to do business with you. 

Customers also can request a background check when they purchase sessions from a coach.  At checkout, the customer will be able to select the option for a background check to be completed.  When a customer requests for a background check to be completed on a coach, the coach will be notified of the customer's request.  After the background check is successfully completed the customer will be notified through email whether or not the coach met our internal standards; however, the customer will never see the coach's personal information for privacy purposes.  Our company will simply state in the email the coach "passed" the background check.  In order to protect the privacy and personal information of coaches, we will never provide a customer, or publicly publish, the results of any background check completed on a coach.  All background checks are completed through CoachMyGame.com and furnished by our affiliate partner CrimCheck.com. 

Coaches:  After submitting payment for a background check, please download and complete the background verification form - Click Here for Form (PDF).  After completing and signing the form, fax it to 888-475-5166.  Background checks can take up to 48 hours to complete.  Once your background check is successfully completed and we verify payment has been received, we'll send out notifications to the customer and you, and then update the your account to reflect the background check was successfully completed.  Use of this site is FREE, except for the optional $49.99 background checks for coaches.

RULES FOR MINORS 

Persons Under 18 Years of Age:  Visitors seeking the services of Coaches must be no less than eighteen years of age to use this site.  If you are under eighteen years of age (a minor), a parent/guardian must assume the role of the visitor seeking the services of Coaches and must be the person who manages the relationship with a Coach for the minor under eighteen years of age.  It is the full responsiblity of the parent/guardian to contact, schedule all instruction sessions, and supervise all interactions between the minor (person under eighteen years of age) and the Coach/es. 

CoachMyGame assumes no legal responsiblity for the actions/behaviors of Coaches or visitors who use the services of this website, and/or parents/guardians who allow their minor to participate in any interactions with Coaches found on this website.  By using this website you agree to use its services at your own risk, and forever relinquish CoachMyGame and any of its employees, owners, investors, suppliers, partners, advertisers, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries responsible for the actions/behavior of any member of this website. 

Persons seeking to register as a coach who are under the age of eighteen (a minor) must submit a notarized permission form - Click Here for Form (PDF) from their parent/guardian before an account will be allocated.  All approved minors who serve as a coach will have their contact information excluded/hidden from their coaching profile on our website.  However, visitors will have the ability to send messages using the "Contact Coach" form within their profile, which will be received in the Inbox of the email account provided by the minor and/or parent/guardian during registration.  Parents are required to monitor the email account the messages will be sent to for their child (minor).  Parents are also required to manage/supervise any/all communications sent to and/or from vistiors seeking coaching services from their child (minor).  Notarized permission forms (PDF) may be faxed to 888-475-5166.
